Catan Crazed

Even as Heath prepares a lecture on the colonists' impact on religion in America, we have launched our own colonial experiment: Settlers of Catan.

This super-addictive board game casts players as settlers trying to establish colonies and monopolize resources. Imagine if Monopoly and the old-school Oregon Trail game collided.

Anyway...we played with the Decostanzas and the Johnsons and all promptly gave in to the scheming and trading mentality. By putting a stranglehold on wood, Aaron was able to win the game.
