Violet: In Firsts

This is our cutie on her first car ride, in transit from South Bend to her new home in Chicago.



Always the explorer, here's V on her first dig at PotBelly's in Lincoln Square.



The puppy breath, while endearing, had to go. First tooth brushing.



Weighing in at 7 lbs, Violet was an instant favorite at Uptown Animal Hospital.

A Purpose Driven Blog :-)

Greetings, friends and family!

With the arrival of Violet, our new puppy, we've finally decided to enter the blogosphere.

We plan to use this space to post pictures, not just of Violet, but of our life here at 4759 N. Paulina (hence the name of the blog). We hope to give all of you a small window into what our life is like here in Chicago, showing in pictures what we can't always put into words.
